Academic Competitions
 
Moody's Mega Math Challenge is an applied mathematics competition open to high school students, including juniors and seniors from Connecticut.  Teams of three to five members download a challenge problem from the website, work together, and then upload their solution by the deadline.  Winners receive scholarships for continuing education totaling $65,000.

{Connecticut Student Innovation Expo}
The Connecticut Student Innovation Expo showcases projects created by Connecticut middle and high school students who are involved in various Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) programs.  Student projects and presentations are evaluated and awarded by industry leaders and experts.  This year's expo took place at the CT Convention Center on May 8-9, 2009.
